Warranty
Our security doors are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part found to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults, including unreasonable damage not caused by misuse. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, surface scratches, fading due to environmental exposure, or damage resulting from neglect, alteration, or intentional misuse by the client. (Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.)
